Service Items: In the Service Item Card window, you can see information about your service items. It contains general, customer, shipping, contract, vendor and detailed information about the service items.
Service Contracts & Quotes: Set up an agreement with the customer concerning the service level to be delivered. Create contract quotes and contracts using standard or predefined templates. Have the program automatically create contract renewals and contract invoices.
Service Orders: In the Service Order window you can create a card for each new service order that you want to record in the program. You can enter basic information that you use for your everyday business (for example, the response time and status of the order, and the name, address, and phone number of the customer) and more detailed information about the service items to be serviced (for example, serial number, warranty and fault comments.
Service Price Management: Set up, maintain, and keep track of your service prices. Have the program automatically assign the correct price structure according to the related service price group when you create a service order.
Planning & Dispatching: In the Dispatch Board window, you can see an overview of your service orders and you can allocate resources to service items within the service orders. In the Service Tasks window, you can see an overview of your service tasks including information on service items in service orders, for example, repair status, response time and service shelf number.
Service Management Setup: Specify how you want the program to manage your service items, service orders, service contracts, e-mail warnings and some other aspects of your service management. Setup includes default work and service hours for capacity review plus resource zone assignment to determine what resource is available to perform a service job at a customer site.
