Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) & C#/.Net/Web Developer needed for Entrepreneurial Solution Centre
Although only 5 years young our company has grown from zero to over 35 NAV clients in this time. Our clients range in size from 2-160 concurrent users. This success is due to our unique business model, entrepreneurial/business skills and high levels of NAV experience. We continue to see high levels of growth ahead from our existing customer base, new implementations and we also have a number of add on solutions for NAV and web projects we wish to move forward.
To enable our growth we are seeking a NAV & .Net/Web Developer (Intermediate level) who is or is striving to be the best in their chosen profession. Although we are only a small team at present you will be working with skilled NAV professionals with an average experience level of 8+ years each so mentoring or peer technical review will be available.
We are willing to consider local and offshore candidates for this role which will be based in Auckland. Applicants will also be required to undertake aptitude/intelligence testing to ensure we maintain the high quality of our team. Other key skills required are:
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV Development experience 3+ Years required (the more the better)
- C#,.Net and web development 4+ years
- Ability to adhere to Dynamics NAV C/AL programming standards
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV certification is desirable
- Dynamics NAV application knowledge of at least basic level
- Good English language skills
We offer a fast paced and flexible work environment with the ability to be involved in the development of NAV registered add on products plus web related projects. Salary will be commensurate with experience however to attract higher quality candidates we anticipate paying a premium to normal market salary levels.

We have developed niche industry solutions and have clients across a range of business sectors. We have identified opportunities in the Christchurch area where we now wish to establish a presence.
Ideally we are looking a sales focused application consultant with significant exposure to Dynamics Nav. However more important is the personal attributes of the individuals and their ability to work well within our existing team. Ideally candidates will have worked in the Christchurch area and have established a wide range of business networks both in the IT and the wider community.

Skills required:-
