Before Dynamics NAV was implemented we had a range of IT and paper based systems to manage the planning and processing of regular operational tasks. This included a separate contracts database, finance database, task management (via Outlook) and manual docket sheets for recording cooler servicing and water deliveries.

We now have one fully integrated system offering all of the above but with automation and planning tools in all the critical areas of our business. We have also eliminated all the double handling of paper based systems with a fully integrated handheld solution that retrieves and pushes data directly to Dynamics NAV from our delivery and service staff. In addition we now have strong reporting information available in real time on the key performance areas of our business.

Our implementation was lead by Jeffrey Fletcher of Acumen Consulting Ltd and I appreciate his high levels of personal dedication and skill that enabled us to complete a challenging implementation. Jeffrey’s strong business system skills (being a Chartered Accountant and Developer is highly beneficial) and practical approach to problem solving has left Big Blue Ltd with a high quality robust system that has improved our operational efficiencies and hence bottom line.
